UBSC was founded in 2002 as an electrical engineering design company, but, has over the years grown and evolved to become a one-stop for all engineering services designs and calculations, including ones required for LEED accreditation and environmental clearances.

Sheetal Bhilkar

Electrical Engineer

Sheetal is young, dynamic founder director of UBSC, she is driving force behind young professional team of UBSC. UBSC was her dream which has taken shape as leader in engineering services market in country. Her unique approach and enthusiasm always gives value addition to projects.

Mandar Bhilkar

B.E Civil Engineering
P.G Diploma in Heating, Ventilation and Airconditioning

Observing the inefficiencies and compromised solutions caused by hand-offs among consultants motivated Mandar to bring mission-critical expertise in-house, and adopt a vertically integrated model at UBSC. He drives UBSC's focus on providing integrated solutions not separate services to improve results for projects. His energy and enthusiasm inspires team, and has fueled the company's entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Anjali Prabhu

Technical Director B.E.Electrical Engineer, DMS, IGBC AP

A senior professional with 22+ years of experience in the field of Planning and Design of Electro-Mechanical services for various types of Residential and Commercial buildings including High rise buildings and Townships. She has worked with AECOM, Eskayem Consultants and Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust at Bhendi Bazar Area – Mumbai before joining UBSC. She has worked on a variety of projects including green and sustainable buildings and townships with focus on Energy and Water conservation. Her Key projects includes Hospitals Like Wockhardt, Fortis, SEZ IT parks for TCS, Inorbit Mall, RMall, 5 star Hotels Sahara Star and Intercontinental. She is an IGBC - Accredited Professional and Corporate member of Institute Of Engineers

Sandeep Purohit

HVAC Expert, B.E..Mechanical

Sandeep has over 30+yrs of Experience in MEP Field, he has worked on several prestigious projects all over India. He has overall design experience of @35000TR HVAC systems. He has designed single project of 7000TR for Birla Surya Limited. He has worked on mission critical projects like Mumbai airport terminal work with HT Centrifugal chiller, Industrial projects like Patanjali factory & Data Centres of SIFY
